Job Description

Working as a member of an application development team, this role has responsibility fortesting work for a Cloud based Accounting application. Accounting/Finance domain knowledge is desirable.

Skills/Requirements

As a team member you will be part of a team which has full responsibility for development & testing aspects of the application. You will have the drive to focus on your work, help support you team to achieve continuous improvement, work in line to have best testing approach and participate in initiatives to improve quality, performance and maintainability with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and usability.

You will have the opportunity to work with an energetic team, using agile development methodologies.

Duties

Essential Skills

Excellent Analytical and out of the box thinking skills

Time management, prioritizing and decision making skills

Creative can critical thinking

Proficient with Web application testing experience

Self-motivated and self-driven in driving all QA aspects of releases

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency

Work to deliver as per schedule

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Basic to Advanced Database Knowledge (SQL)

Candidate should have experience working into at-least one of these: Java/C++/C+; VB Script / Jscript / Java Script

Good understanding of Automation, Automation Framework and hands-on experience with scripting.
