Job Title:Training Coordinator

Type of Position: Full-time, remote working

Joining Date: Immediately

Interview Date : 18-Oct-2021

Education: Master’s degree in MBA or its equivalent. Proven 1- 3 years of experience as a trainer or a similar role

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Total Compensation: INR 18,000 to 22,000; PHP 12,360 to 15,100; USD 240 to 290 monthly depending on experience

Varal’s mission is to make it easy for people to apply to institutions in the United Arab Emirates [UAE] via automation. The first step is to build a document vault and chat function which is accessible via an app and desktop with RPA in the backend.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for conducting training sessions for required departments.
  • Analyze the skills required for the organization and research on the training courses on the platforms such as coursera, Udemy etc that provide the training on those skills
  • Create training curriculum and training calendars
  • Design the programs, understand the scope and administer them.
  • Develop Material Required for training
  • Conduct training sessions for new and current resources
  • Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in online training programs
  • Collect feedback from employees and identify the issues they had during the process
  • Generate results and measure the performance of employees after the session
  • Maintain and update records of training material.
  • Stay up to date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate environment.
  • Analyze the performance of the upskilling activities conducted and submit reports to the HR Lead and the management on a time to time basis
  • Responsible for working with intra departments to launch training across Varal.
  • Developing internal training modules for the teams in Varal for each of its core competency.
  • Measure the efficiency of training modules implemented for Varal and maintain the records of the upskilling and multi skilling activities
  • Research and recommend new online training methods and platforms

Skills required:

  • Strong Domain Knowledge of the training Process and its best practices
  • Proficiency in e-learning Platforms
  • Excellent oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to design effective training programs
  • Great Interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask as and when required
  • Able to design the training programs, understand the scope and administer them
  • Administering new and ongoing training for all departments
  • Will be required to meet multi-skilling, upskilling targets of the company

  • Those who are shortlisted will be given a project to see whether they understand the job requirements and can actually do the job. This will also give you an opportunity to see if you want to become a Varalian and work with Varal.
  • Those successfully completing the project will be invited to present their projects, via Google Meet, in a final interview with the CEO and MD, which will be held a few working days after the 1st round of interviews.
  • Your presentation should be around 30 min. Details will be given with the project assignment.
  • The selected person will be given a contract for an unlimited period and be expected to join Varal immediately.
