Brief JD:

  • Role holder will be responsible for driving top line for the Unit with various clinical engagement programs, planning & strategy, acquiring clinical talents
  • Responsible for adding newer specialties in target markets
  • Empanelment of TPAs, Direct Corporates & channel partners for increased revenues
  • Responsible for handling corporates and complete day-to-day sales & marketing operations
  • Responsible for referral doctor engagement for strengthening their contribution
  • Providing product training to sales folks for driving better results
  • Identifying potential Doctors in market and associate for adding value to current business
  • To ensure contracts and agreements are active
  • Address challenges from time to time on delay in recoveries and disallowances by meeting appropriate authorities in TPA and Insurance companies
  • Rationalizing discounts offered to TPAs and Corporates for better revenue yield

Qualification

MBA

Experience

12+ years of relevant experience in Hospitals only
