US IT Recruiter

Freshers will also work with good comm skills.

Qualifications

Must have 6 Months to 3 years of relevant experience in US staffing recruitment.

Strong hands-on IT/ Non IT / Healthcare domain experience.

Experience working with direct clients on W2 roles (MSP/VMS knowledge).

Candidate should be technically sound and well versed with US Taxes and Visa’s

Experience in full-life cycle recruiting

IT recruitment and technical recruiting skills

Excellent interviewing and hiring skills

Strong knowledge of and experience with recruiting processes and databases

A customer-eccentric approach to recruitment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field

Experience with recruitment in the IT industry is a plus

Location : Amritsar

Shift: : EST
