Title: US Recruitment Junior Recruiters

Job Description: We are seeking full life cycle US Recruitment Junior Recruiters. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing, collecting interview feedback and helping negotiate rates of contractors.

Must Have Skills
  • 6 months to 1 year managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process for IT positions.
  • Experience recruiting for contingent roles within the IT sector for multiple industries
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Source for applicants who skills would fit open positions.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling of interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
