We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Account Managerthat thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Specifically looking for folks who have spent done engagement of any kind in BFSI spacei.e. Banking & Insurance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers needs.
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Deep account farming to create new and new opportunities from an existing account.
  • Should be able to engage with Senior and mid-level leadership team.
  • Should have done some sort of automation sales in large enterprise accounts (Banking ideally).
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Preference : Candidates from Banking segments who has handled automation
