Talent Acquisition & Talent Management: - Handled End to End Recruitment Life Cycle - Also headed the
Responsible for managing all level hiring and closed the positions within timeframe. Managing Employee referral
On boarding and organizing detailed induction schedule. Preparation of Job Description for each
Benchmark Position. Conducting online aptitude test & technical test to determine test skills, abilities, knowledge.
Mis Management .
