We are looking for a candidate with 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non -IT) along with people management knowledge. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.


Key Deliverables include

  • Taking care of Current staffing needs.
  • Generate and submit Job postings on job boards and internal/external website.
  • Search resumes in applicant database and forward to appropriate hiring manager.
  • Conduct initial phone interview screens to assess candidate’s skill level, interest and cultural fit.
  • Candidate must be able to develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plan.
  • Deliver a variety of TA activities (e.g. sourcing, talent pool building, advertising, interviewing, assessing, candidates selection, reference checks, interview coordination with users, employment offers preparation) so that the organization’s TA requirements are met.
  • Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
  • Work together with other TA professionals to develop recruitment practices and processes.


Candidate Requirement-

  • PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline is highly preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Passion and interest in recruitment and bringing in the best talent in the industry.
  • Knowledge of current trends in Talent Acquisition and applying best practices.
