Experience Required:-

BASIC: Casting & Machining of Precision Large Size Housing and Components in Casting and Steel, Manufacturing Process Development, Quality Control, Zero-Defect Manufacturing, Supplier / Vendor Development. Working on-site at strategic supplier operations. Team Player working with Sourcing, Purchasing and Quality Control.

ADVANCED : Inspection & Certification for Exports, Quality Engineering focus on Problem Solving (7 QC Tools, Six Sigma Green Belt), Process Audit

Role Description:-

Design, Develop, Implement Manufacturing Process Flow - Sourcing of Raw Material to Manufacturing Machined Casting to Packing and Dispatch to Europe, list of Critical Components primarily Precision Large Size Housing and Components in Casting and Steel. Liase with Product Engg and Quality Departments of Technology Partner in Europe

Required Skills:-

Manufacturing - CNCVMC, Drilling & Reaming, Surface Grinding, Jig Boring

Problem Solving:- (7 QC Tools, Six Sigma Green Belt), Process Audit , Creativeness /Team Spirit/Confidence

Machining Expertise:-Design of Process Flow, Jigs Fixtures Gauges, Cutting Tools, Coolants. Set up Series Production Process Flow through Control Plan

Exposure to Machining of Castings, Alloy Steels and Stainless Steels,Parts more than 3 kg in weight

QMS -P-FMEA, Initial Control Plan, Production Control Plan, PPAP. Prototyping to Confirm Process Parameters.
