General Responsibilities

  • Manages all communication activities for Allianz Services to present and maintain a positive image within the Allianz group and the external market
  • Handles the communication with Allianz Services employees and establishes and cultivates the dialog with internal and external stakeholders
  • Researches, develops, plans, maintains and implements policies, programs and communication structures that enhance Allianz Services ’s relations with the community, stakeholders and employees
  • Sets standards and lives by example for clear, effective and trustworthy communications.
  • Develops and leads an effective communication plan and ensures appropriate communication for designated projects and activities in line with the overarching corporate communications strategy
  • Detects, monitors and manages crisis and reputational risks and advises management on communications issues
  • Manages communicative processes and ensures that events are effectively supported by communication activities

· Support in coordination of the various aspects of the global Olympic and Paralympic Partnership

· Write articles blog posts and various communications for the project

  • · Support in organizing various events for the Olympic and Paralympic Partnership including but not limited to creating invites and agendas, managing third party providers, handling logistics
