Roles and Responsibilities


  • Recruitment of employees at various levels across the organisation. Successfully closed Various positions like Group Head HR, Head Operations, Assistant VP, Senior and Junior Sales Executives, PA to Chairman, Legal Advisor, etc. in the Company

Employee Connect and Employee Engagement:

  • Build good rapport with all team members
  • Prepare a broad outline and periodic activity / event plan for HR connect
  • Evaluate current state of Employee engagement level and identify the activities to bridge the gap to optimize the level of employee engagement.

Talent Acquisition & On Boarding

  • Time to time review the Organogram and manpower planning with reference to organization’s talent need and project execution status.
  • Ensure to timely have right talent fit on board as per the identified need.
  • Ensure to introduce and follow best practices in talent acquisition process.

Employee Performance Management:

  • Ensure KRA and KPI are effectively defined for each and every team members by their HODs and team members are having fair understanding of the same.
  • Ensure KRA and KPI are being updated on quarterly basis.
  • Ensure effective execution of Quarterly PMS and Annual PMS at organization level as per schedule.
  • Facilitate the HOD and team members to understand and maintain the spirit in performance review process.

Organization Development:

  • Based on HR observation, employee feedback, management views and organization’s need identify the requirement of various OD initiatives
  • Discuss the proposed OD initiative with management, take their consent and define the action plan for OD initiative.
  • Based on priority prepare quarterly way forward / action plan for the OD initiative and ensure its effective execution.
  • Evaluate the outcome of various OD initiatives.

HR System, MIS and HR Budget:

  • Prepare HR dashboard for management review.
  • Identify the scope for mapping HR process in Far-Vision and prepare action plan.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Must have Experience 4-6 years in HR Generalist profile
  • An MBA-HR/MSW degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in Hindi/ Good in English
  • Experience in assessment, monitoring and evaluation, training and facilitation of staff
  • Good contextual knowledge of local issues, organizational relationships, social and cultural constraints and realities, and environmental conditions
  • Knowledge of Central and state laws relating to employment
  • Should have Counselling and guidance skills and a strong potential for negotiation
  • Streamlining people and paper systems to achieve operational efficiency
