Roles and Responsibilities

  • Target Oriented with Deliverables with Good Negotiation Skills..
  • Analysis of Sales Data with Road Map for converting the Data into business.
  • Build a robots broker and channel network to generate demand through channel partner portfolio.
  • To make Direct channel & CPC up keep one of our key differentiators.
  • Expertise in Market Research with analysis and road map for building up New Potential Client of Independent Power producer (IPP) & Captive Power Producer (CPP). Develop Sales Strategy as per Customer Needs.
  • Generate leads & inquiries and approach potential customers to market the product
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
  • In Depth Knowledge on Technical side of Products for cracking deal with Customer.
  • Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
  • Work as Key Accounts Manager i.e. Single Point Contact Strategy.
  • On the Feedback make strategy with corrective action plan.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: minimum 10+ years in Sales
  • Excellent Communication & presentation Skills
  • Ability to build strategic and long term relationships
  • Willing to travel locally within Gujarat
  • Candidates having experience in Renewable energy will be preferred
  • Candidates having own vehicle (four wheeler) will be an added advantage
  • Ability to market the brand and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Techno-commercial candidate may add advantage
  • Experience in dealing with Electrical products such as Transformers, switch-gears, Inverters, Cables etc.
  • Be Team Player with expertise in Training Team with analysis towards improving their skills.
  • Take complete responsibility of emergency & escalation situation, coordinate with corporate to ensure fast closer, putting the company’s best interest in mind.
