Role: Supply Chain Mgmt. Functional Trainee

Education: B.E (Mech) and B.E (Production) with minimum 2 to 3 years of domain experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing organizations.

Skill Requirement :

Experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing domain with following business processes:

Strong experience in P2P and O2C cycles

Inventory Management: Item master management, Inventory Transactions, Move Order transactions, Min-Max planning, re-order point planning, Inventory close process

Purchasing: Procurement of inventory and expense, RFQ, Quote and quote analysis, Blanket and Contract Purchase agreements. Receiving and Returns. Approvals of purchasing documents

Order Management: Order creation, order import, holds, pick – pack – ship process, defaulting rules, Pricing modifiers and qualifiers

Manufacturing : Bill of Material, Engineering, PLM

Cost Management: Understanding of accounting entries in P2P and O2C cycles is desired

Planning: Supply and Demand Planning

Experience in using Oracle ERP for day-to-day level operations activities will be added advantage.


Soft Skills

Must have excellent communication skill (verbal & written)

Ability and willingness to collaborate and work cohesively in a team

Eager to learn new things and ready to invest time in learning
