Atlassian Certification (ACP100 - preferably)

Good Communication skills
Willing to work in Application management projects and Night shifts
Identified candidate will perform L1 tasks like Create new custom fields, field configuration, Update workflows, Permission scheme, Project key, description modification, New add-on enablement, Training Issues, Confluence – Add/Remove Space, JIRA Project Creation & Admin, JIRA Integration
Identified candidate will perform L2 Tasks like Automation rules issues triage, Reports and Dashboards, Portfolio related tickets, Update workflows, EasyBI cube setup, Confluence –custom add-on support
Candidate must be well versed withJIRAadministration, configuration and maintenance activities, and should be comfortable to performJIRAproject enhancements (minor), Confluence and other Atlassian tools Design and implement (script) custom workflows, fields, permission schemes, post functions, Build filters, custom dashboards and reports Install, configure, test and manage plug-insJIRAIntegration implement and maintain integration betweenJIRAand other customer applications
It will be nice, if the candidate have experience of at least one JIRA Implementation project
Good to have any Jira certification
