Roles and Responsibilities

As a member of our consulting team, you will work in teams of typically 3 5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement. This includes gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. Youll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career.

Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge. Because our clients operate all over the world, you may travel internationally.

If you are joining us as fresher or with a few years of experience, expect to spend time working across a wide range of clients and projects from Urban Planning and infrastructure to gender equality


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:Master Degree or other Professional Degree in relevant field
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Master’s degree from a reputed university, or at least 2 years of related experience in marketing/sales/proposals, or some combination of relevant education and experience
  • Excellent writing and research skills
  • Good presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex information.
  • Knowledge of other editing and publication software.
  • Being proactive and able to work with minimum level of supervision
