Job description:

Project Summary and Position Overview:

This position is responsible for Real time Analytics content built for FI and FX markets. The individual should have hands on knowledge of Adfin Analytics, Real-Time, NDA Reference and Timeseries processes and tools. To be able to independently handle client cases on salesforce and respond to clients with urgency. To ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the data maintained & delivered. To liaise directly with other production and development teams on regular basis to ensure constant development and information flow in the team and provide faster resolution to client queries and to reduce data corrected cases by working with them closely.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver Operational Excellence in day-to-day content production. Attain good service pulse results
• Improve service resiliency for our core content services in FIFX RTA, as measured from our clients’ perspective.
• Improve, in partnership with Customer Service, the client experience through tight end-to-end integration of the content customer service process. Meet Timeliness score as per metric, attain self sufficiency in resolving cases on service cloud
• Provide our customers with the most relevant and actionable FIFX RTA content based on usage data and sector prioritization
• Should be able to learn complex analytical data such as Credit Curves, Volatility Surfaces, Bond Zero Curves and Swap Zero Curves,
• Identify and understand the calculation methodologies / source inaccuracies and suggest improvements
• Identify areas of duplication and risk to the business
• Ensure documentation of policies, procedures and work processes is up to date
• Act as an ambassador for Quality standards across department.
• Overall accountable for RTA FI / Credit Curve processes
• Constantly look for opportunities for raising customer CE and work with the content managers to prioritize CE based on customer requirement

Comfortable working any shift

Required Skills:

Strong technical understanding of financial and derivative markets –including option pricing methods, swap valuations, Zero curve derivation etc

Understanding of Adfin Analytics will be added advantage

Ability to solve problems and take decisions when necessary.
