India’s Leading Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to join our thriving Retail Banking Department.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a team of talented and motivated banking professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets for a variety of retail banking products and services.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to empower your team’s success.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and achieve ambitious growth targets for your branch.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective customer acquisition strategies.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns, exceeding expectations
  • Manage customer complaints and maintain high satisfaction ratings.

Desired Candidates Profile

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail Banking Management with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services, including savings accounts, current accounts, debit cards, credit cards, loans, and wealth management solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite,crm software, and core banking applications.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding expectations.
