Facebook is seeking a Business Lead to work with Ajit Mohan, Vice President and Managing Director, Facebook India based in Gurgaon. This person will own the business rhythm, lead the preparation for internal and external meetings, support the leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, and partner on executive communication for industry and internal events. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon.
  • Manage business rhythm, and lead the preparation for key internal and external meetings (functional reviews, weekly staff meetings, bi-weekly all hands, executive market visits, leadership offsites, client/ partner meetings, global meetings etc
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the India leadership team in driving cross-functional initiatives, such as annual planning, key internal projects etc
  • Collaborate with Facebook colleagues to prepare for partner meetings, oversee briefing process, and synthesize executive-level messaging for key Facebook executives
  • Partner on executive communications for a variety of internal updates, and external events such as keynote addresses, presentations, panels, press interviews etc
  • Stay up-to-date on the macro environment, and industry and consumer trends
  • 8+ years of experience in advertising/ media, strategy, communication, and/or consulting
  • Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and operational tasks
  • Cross-functional collaboration and ability to work with people at all levels both inside and outside of Facebook
  • Project management skills and experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication skills, and experience compiling briefing materials and other internal/external communications
  • Ability to dive deep and conduct analytical exercises
  • Proven track record of handling confidential information
