Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the development team and coordinate strategies to ensure smooth functioning of the product
• Ownership of development of new features and improvements to existing technology
• Build codes that are scalable and compatible on different browsers
• Proficient in cross platform development (mobile & desktops)
• Constantly bring and implement product innovation and ideas to improve customer experience
• Providing guidance, vision and focus to deeply skilled and very bright engineers
• Work in partnership with Product Management team, business team and Product design team to build best-in-class user interaction designs and wireframes (or prototypes)

Requirements:

• BTech, MTech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent). Or high technical acumen and rich technical experience
• In-depth understanding of software architecture
• Deep expertise on JS frameworks (like React.js)
• Highly skilled in both HTML & CSS
• Excellent browser side knowledge of JavaScript and Typescript
• Knowledge of browser internal rendering process
• Experience in optimising front end performance
• The ability to independently lead problem-solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems.
• Experience in building data-driven web application design and development is a plus
• Expert level experience in building scalable, large, and complex business applications using some of the above technologies
• Track record of building and delivering mission critical, 24x7 production software systems.
