JOB PURPOSE

Manage a team of Smart Officer /Smart Office Managers & drivebusiness targets and profitability for the assigned territory

ROLESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

Will work as Businesshead for the assigned territory
Develop an effectiveagency channel for the assigned territory
Identify & tie upwith potential Motor Dealers/Sub dealers and initiate business with them.
Develop relationshipwith tie up Bank employees, train & motivate them to do business &achieve target.
Building and managing ateam of highly professional Smart Officer in charge in the assigned territory.
Ensuring recruitment ofintermediaries through Smart Officers
Achieving Top Line andBottom Line as per budget
Should be adept at multi-tasking(handleSO sales & operations on an ongoing-basis, whenever need arises)
Co-ordinate withUnderwriters, HR, IT & Operations team to manage a smooth function of smartoffices.
