Civica India is hiring Content writers for Global Marketing Team.

Experience: 2-8 years (Relevant in Walkme Tool)

Location: Work from Home/ Vadodara

a. Mandatory Skills: (Relevant 2+ Years in skills below)

1. Walkme tool

2. Write user manuals, program documentation & training manuals

3. Operational procedures from scratch

b. Highly Desirable:

1. Experience working with product and UI designers and writing UI text.

2. Effective use of authoring tools and ability to use new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Write and Update User guide, Online Help Documents and Training materials content as needed for our Products.
Conduct walk-through with customer and relevant stakeholders
Analyse new requirements, provide functional design and identifying individual tasks to be detailed in the User Guide and other related documents.
Build the flow diagrams and detail the key features user would be using
Create functional document in order to meet requirements.
Contribute to document the discussions around the fulfilment of requirements and key product features from functional prospective.
