Position : Recruiter

Location : Pune ( Desk Recruiter )


Job Description:

  • Write and post job descriptions.

  • Source potential candidates on various general Staffing

  • candidate Should have experience in Blue collar Recruitment.

  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

  • Interview candidates combining various methods.

  • Should have target chasing attitude

  • Candidate should have worked with Non - It Recruitment like ( Sales, Marketing, ITI Fitter , ITI Welder, Manufacturing etc )



Requirements

Education: Undergraduates/Graduates in any stream /PG

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Should have strong knowledge on end to endrecruitment.

  • Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies

  • Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline


Note :- Laptop & Internet connection is must.
