We are Having Job Opening for IT Recruiter- Permanent Staffing- (Work from Home)

Location- Pan India

Experience- 1-3 Yrs

Job Description

Should have end-end Domestic Experience in Permanent Staffing

Should have Exp & Knowledge of Job Portals- Naukri/ Monster & other Social Media

Should have worked on Latest IT Technologies- Cloud/ Bigdata/ Hadoop

Should have done Mass Mail/ Job Posting & Screening Exp is Must

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of IT Technology Requirements
  • Good in Portal Searches & Sourcing
  • Exp in Emerging IT Technologies like Cloud, Digital, Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence, Embedded, VLSI, IOT
  • Ensure Quality & Fitment of the Resume with Job Description by stringent validation process

  • Exp in IT Lateral recruitment
  • Exp. in working in latest technologies specifically Cloud, AWS, Big Data, Hadoop, IOT, Data warehousing, Digital etc

  • Own Laptop / Desktop with Good Internet Connectivity


Requirements Taking all requirements from Lead / Client POC, along with all required details
Generate resumes as required and associate & allocate them thru Zoho Recruit to Engagement and Scheduling Team / Member
Make Candidate assessment for Jobs which continuous in nature and require publishing to acquire talent
Making Recruiter assessment for each requirement and upload in tool and explain the same to Engagement and Scheduling Team
Brief Engagement and Scheduling Team / Member about JD & make them understand about the same along with process
Set the right expectations with Engagement and Scheduling Team / Member with TAT
Post resumes submission by Engagement and Scheduling Team / Member , review, screen & validate thru call
Process S/L resumes & updates respective stakeholders within TAT
Recruitment process compliance and system administration
