We are hiring for one of our leading Pharma client. Comapany Name- Gansons.pvt.ltd

Job Purpose-

  • In Gansons, Sales Coordinator position typically involves facilitating the sales team’s activities and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department

Key Responsibilities-

  • supporting Sales Team: The primary responsibility is to support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative assistance, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Order Processing: Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Communication Liaison: Serving as a communication liaison between different departments within the company, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating sales databases, tracking sales metrics, and generating reports to provide insights into sales performance.

    • Preferred Skill/Qualification-

    • Educational background – Graduate / PG
    • 2-5 years of experience in relevant industries
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred
    • Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

    Compensation-

    • Competitive, and negotiable based on experience
