Roles and Responsibilities

The manager should be part of the design solution process. This includes capturing the right information from the client, analyzing and deriving the right graphic design approach and strategies, and work with the graphic design to team to get the solution implemented. He/she will be responsible for identifying the right talent, managing task allocation, review and verification, and quality delivery of graphic design output. The responsibility extends to working with business development team and cross-functional teams to exchange ideas, create solutions to satisfy client requirements as well as business aspects.



Desired Candidate Profile


Any Degree with specialization in Multimedia Production - Bachelor of Fine Arts / B.A. or B.Sc in graphic design or Visual communication, multimedia production or web production course - Sound knowledge in principles of graphic design - Experience in client interaction - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience in managing graphic design/multimedia-based tasks - Experience in using the following software: o Adobe Flash/ Animate o Adobe PhotoShop o Adobe After Effects o Adobe Illustrator o Adobe Captivate o Articulate o XML and HTML 5 - Experience in creative design mockups and quick prototypes
