Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiating, managing and delivering a corporate communication strategy to develop the organizations reputation, brand and relationships, ensuring to clearly identify and carrying high level of goodwill and understand among the various stakeholder groups and wider audiences.
• Strategically develop brand direction and content marketing campaigns to support business goals and the overall company vision.
• Lead the development and management of the businesss brand standards and content style guides, as well as the overall expression of the businesss corporate identity in the content it puts out.
• Develop an integrated content strategy that encompasses channel selection and focus, editorial governance, and metrics to be applied and aligned with the businesss overall objectives.
• Design and implement measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimize and communicate the performance of the content put out by the business against the business’s operational objectives and strategies.
• Drive public relations of new product, partnership and company launches, events and other major media milestones.
• Manage the calendar and make planning decisions based on data and team needs, producing the content with your team and ensuring quality across all the company’s channels.
• Measures and report performance of content marketing campaigns, gain insights and access against goal.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA (Marketing) from Tier 1 or Premier B School with 5+ years of experience in content marketing and managing a team of Content executives.
• Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, strong analytical skills
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in networking with stakeholders and get things moving.
• Strong team, vendor and agency handling skills for quick execution and project closures with aggressive time lines and budget.
• Updated knowledge of latest marketing trends in mass communication including digital, mobile, product development in digital space etc.
