Job Description

Job Summary: This Position is responsible for Hr Data Analytics, Data Consolidation, Employee Database Management, Mgmt. of Human Resource Information System, Project Management, Time & Attendance Mgmt. & Internal Audit of HR processes of all BIC Cello Factories

Main Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Work closely with Plant HR Team on SmoothPay HCM Project, Implementation of HR Analytics module for company & contract workers, Monitoring & resolution of technical queries of ESS Module, Time & Attendance module & payroll module of SmoothPay
  • Management of staff employees’ personal records. Verification of Employee records updated in Adrenalin. Staff employees Adrenalin related Attendance query resolution
  • Conduct regular HR Internal audits, ensure zero non-compliance by streamlining HR processes
  • Preparation of HR MIS Reports for verification of Bonus payout, management of workers' Leaves records.
  • Preparation of Monthly HR Dashboards to represent Monthly Expenditure vs Budget
  • Responsible for defining workers wage increase strategy and entire increment process of company & contract workers
Qualifications
  • Education Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate in HR
  • Experience: Minimum 3years in HR
  • Project Management is a plus
  • Excellent analytics skill
  • Proficient in MS Office
