Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description

• Provide the HR team with knowledge and expertise to facilitate creation of a business aligned HR strategy
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems
• Help organize training & development initiatives
• Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
• Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Oversee employee labor laws and regulations to assure compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations. PF, ESI, & PT Challan generation
• Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations
• Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6+ years experience on Core HR role

• Team handling Experience.
• Should have worked on any MNCs.
• Proven working experience as HR Manager
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Education
- MBA/PGDM in an HR discipline
