We are looking to hire a senior sales manager to lead & own the company’s revenue responsibility for the Europe region.Roles & Responsibilities -
  • Manage end to end Europe sales: lead generation to closure and post closure relationship management.
  • Responsible for new business development through upselling & cross-selling existing customers & also onboarding new customers
  • Research & analyse the market & customers in the target countries
  • Planning sales campaigns suited to specific markets and customers
  • Planning and reviewing budgets for the entire region European market
  • Participate in international trade shows & exhibitions to in order to grow company’s business in the European market
  • Expand the business with existing customers by engaging in up-selling & cross-selling activities.
  • Serve as the link of communication between the customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, work effectively across functional lines, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and make consequential decisions that bring projects, and sales other activities to closure.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-6 years experience in active Sales in the Europe market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
  • Strong communicator (verbal & written) and good negotiator
  • Great knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and any CRM software (HubSpot)
