Educational Requirements Graduate Diploma of IT
Detailed knowledge of Installation/Upgradation/Conf iguration/Troubleshooting of Windows client operating system. • Installation/Troubleshooting knowledge of antivirus such as Symantec/MacAfee. • Knowledge of AD/DNS/DHCP/SCCM. • Knowledge of Ticketing tool like AHD/BMC remedy/Service now. • Basic understanding and troubleshooting of Network issues (Proxy, DNS) • Knowledge and understanding about Profiles • Good Understanding on printer installation and troubleshooting. • Good Understanding of VLAN/VPN • Should have ability to check system logs, application logs, Enrolment logs. • Good knowledge on MS Outlook/Office 365/Skype/Teams. • Co-ordinating with vendors for Hardware replacement. • Troubleshooting various software including Adobe Suite, Sketch and MS office. • Should have good understanding of ITIL framework. Member of Computers and Communication Division ➢ Be the first point of contact of IT support and operations team. ➢ Handle first level incident and service requests & monitor availability and continuity of IT services. ➢ Coordinate with other teams like IT asset management team and audit teams and implement planned actions to increase customer satisfaction. ➢ Shall work with internal as well as external customers to maintain IT services continuity with prescribed SLAs and standards.
