Educational Requirements Graduate DiplomaResponsibilities • Planning & managing strategic HR initiatives for the account and reviewing HR effectiveness • Focused intervention for employee retention • Providing HR solutions to enable business functions • Resolving employee grievances and issues • Ensuring new employee Assimilation and Deployment. • Driving Performance Management and executing unit specific performance management framework and initiatives. • Work and drive initiatives around employee development • Enhancing employee experience and retention • Enthusiastic about employee engagement activities and can put a plan in place. • Drive and improve Employee engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance. • Defining the quarterly/periodic communication plan for the account in line with the overall Business unit communication plan in order to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness • Manage Employee governance and welfare • Ensure Client MSA with respect to personnel clause is compliant (Eg: BGV, drug test, etc.) • Provide Analytics and Reporting where required. • Candidate will be responsible for facing engagement level audits and ensuring compliance on people metrics • Compliance to local laws and statutory laws applicable for the location • Managing retention and esat - planning and driving participation, execution, creating plans with business etc.
