Our client is a medium-scale manufacturer and supplier mainly dealing with industrial products like Rotors, Propellers, Spools, Valves and other complex design castings. The 4-decade old company had advanced technology with a healthy working environment, capable of developing high-quality intricate castings at affordable rates. Their production is nearly 3000 tons per year. Their client list includes large companies from industries like Automobile, Hydraulics, Power Generation, Construction and OEMs. Their renowned clients namely Bosch, Cummins, Atlas Copco and MAN, rely on the safe and superior products delivered to them by the organisation.

About the Job

As a Manager QMS, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of Quality management system throughout the organization.

What you will do:

Preparing and conducting internal audit at planned intervals including frequency, methods, responsibilities, planning requirement and reporting
Defining audit criteria and scope of each audit
Ensuring the objectivity and the impartiality of the audit process
Reporting to the management regarding the result of the audit
Maintaining external origin documents, standards etc.
Responsible for culture in the organization like trend charts, Safety quotes, etc.
Ensuring organization code of conduct, Anti Bribery Policy
Co-ordinating customer audits, Certification Audit
Collecting for management review meeting
Conducting MRM at planned intervals and maintaining MRM report
Monitoring the KPI’s
Responsible for supplier’s audit


Desired Candidate Profile

B.E/ B.Tech(Mech)
Master Degree(TQM)
Certified LEAD AUDITOR ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001
Certified Auditor IATF 16949:2016
Preferred Skills:

5+ years experience
Having computer Knowledge
