Job Description

To ensure defined process and procedure compliance in system. Improve and sustain defined KPI’s.

Key Responsibilities

On site problem solving / Periodic inspection. – A3 Problem Solving / 7QC tools.

In process Rejection Analysis – Short Term – A3 Problem Solving

Analysis for NRFT-PPM Weekly/Monthly. – Long Term - A3 Problem Solving

Internal Process Audits & Layout Audits – Mfg. Auditing Skill / IATF Internal Auditor

Handling & Control of NC parts in the shop floor. - Mfg. Auditing Skill / IATF Internal Auditor / Leadership skill / Team Handling

Maintaining Records as per Quality Procedure. – IATF Internal Auditor

Conducting Dock audit on finished product. - IATF Internal Auditor / Team Handling

Maintaining Records as per Change / Deviation records . IATF Internal Auditor

Knowledge of PFMEA, Control plan.

Knowledge of Heat Treatment / Machining process etc.

Handling of automotive Customer

Ensure no activity is undertaken which could cause a danger to others

Compliance to safety guideline and accountable for ensuring compliance to GKN safety guidelines and Statutory guidelines.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience.

Essential Competencies

IATF – Internal Auditor / Problem solving skill / PFMEA / Control Plan / People Management
