Job Title: US IT Recruiter (US States Clients)

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Noida/ Kolkata (Initially it will be remote)

Shift: Night(8:30PM till 5:30AM)

Job Responsibilities:

Job description/ROLE Mandatory KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • US market Recruitment experience- Strong experience in hiring GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, universities, Network, Social Networking sites and other sources.
  • Experience with Direct Hire- Capable of getting Candidates on our W2( Working with vendors and CTC experience is not the desirable)
  • Working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Job Diva/ Bullhorn- CEIPAL( Proffered) Maintaining database of candidates & maintaining good relationship with them
  • Working experience with Job Boards- such as Monster/ Dice/ LinkedIn and prior experience managing Job slots and Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals
  • Experience in Sourcing technical candidates and recruit
  • Great communication and soft skills
  • Experience with Government clients
  • Decent technical understanding to understand technical requirements and source the appropriate candidates

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have 3-7 years of experience in US Recruitment
  • Good exposure working on IT requirements and understanding of technologies is a must
  • Exposure to VMS or who worked with direct client or W2 requirements
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies
  • Experience in working with the end clients
  • Experience working with Direct, state, Defense Contractor and government clients

Personal SKILLS

  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Energetic, passionate about recruitment and efficient at work
  • Should be comfortable working in EST as well as PST time zones
