Looking to fill an important role of Planning (MSP) & Estimation Engineer for Residential, Commercial, Industrial Projects.

Company – Primacon Construction PMC

Qualification – BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience – 3-5 Yrs . Experience in the field of Construction

Location – Vasai, Palghar, Maharashtra

Job Description

Estimation:

  • Preparation of Preliminary Budget Estimates, Detailed Budget Estimates.
  • Proficiency in quantity takeoff using AutoCAD.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Preparation of Rate Analysis.
  • Preparation of BBS.
  • Quantity Estimation, preparation of BOQ’S.
  • MUST have handled one complete project cycle in RCC, Finishing and Services.

    • Costing:

  • Prepare detailed costing for the project, discipline wise.
  • Track the prepared cost vis-a-vis the actual cost on monthly basis.
  • Highlight overrun of cost if any from time to time during the the entire project duration.

    • Planning:

  • Preparation, Tracking and Monitoring of detailed schedule for the Project.
  • Highlight critical activities as per the performance at site.
  • Highlight on the Manpower/ Resources compared to the actuals on the site.
  • Prepare and track weekly, monthly and 8 week lookahead milestones to be achieved.
  • Candidate MUST have proficient knowledge of MSP.

    • Skills required to succeed in the role:

    Ability to lead independently as well as being a good team collaborator.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to communicate with the Client and Project Head and Team Members.

    Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, Power point.)

    Qualifications

    BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

    (Masters in Construction Management or related field preferable)

    Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in the field of construction.
