ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proven experience in managing teams, troubleshooting, root cause analysis of problems, identifying and generate reports for KPI, and implementation of components for:
  • Help Desk
  • Windows and Linux VM
  • Networking (WAN, LAN, Edge)
  • Data
  • PaaS and SaaS Applications
  • Identity and Access Management
  • DevOps
  • SecOps
  • Endpoint Management
  • Directs, manages and oversees Infrastructure services by establishing and implementing short and long-term strategies to accomplish the goals and objectives to deliver in-scope IT services to business partners within budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Single Point of Contact for all areas of support
  • Ability to read and understand Automation for infrastructure as code
  • Ability to mine logs and identify thresholds and alerts for proactive management of workloads
  • Take Knowledge Transfer from customer Subject Matter Experts and cross train our SME
  • Build and drive new policies and procedures for increased efficiency, security, cost savings, and performance
  • Identify talent gaps in offerings, build job descriptions and aid in hiring processes for direct reports
  • Build training program where hiring does not make sense
  • Liaison between application, infrastructure, security, client, and business teams
  • Proven experience managing a global delivery team for all aspects of infrastructure services including but not limited to network support, help desk, systems engineering, network engineering, disaster recovery, database administration, project management, data centers, change coordination, and access management.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems that may arise within the cloud infrastructures or platform s ecosystem on various projects.
