  • Ensure agreed sample size is taken up for monitoring
  • Manage monitoring count for low scoring execs
  • Evaluation to be taken up basis parameters set for that particular unit
  • Categorization of the execs basis quality scores and accordingly set the sample size
  • Ongoing feedback
  • To check incorrect practices
  • Ensure the overall benchmark is raised with rigorous monitoring and feedback
  • There should be a positive trend in the quality score
  • Impart training on Soft skills/Etiquettes
  • Periodic presentation of the evaluation update Unit / Team / Exec wise
  • Required MIS / Records to be maintained
  • Need based trainings to be taken up regularly.
