Ensure agreed sample size is taken up for monitoring
Manage monitoring count for low scoring execs
Evaluation to be taken up basis parameters set for that particular unit
Categorization of the execs basis quality scores and accordingly set the sample size
Ongoing feedback
To check incorrect practices
Ensure the overall benchmark is raised with rigorous monitoring and feedback
There should be a positive trend in the quality score
Impart training on Soft skills/Etiquettes
Periodic presentation of the evaluation update Unit / Team / Exec wise
Required MIS / Records to be maintained
Need based trainings to be taken up regularly.
