Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join their team. As the Sales Officer, you will play a critical role in expanding market reach, driving sales growth, and nurturing strong partnerships with dealers. Key Responsibilities
  • Dealer Identification and Appointment:
  • Identify potential dealers to expand market reach and penetration.
  • Appoint new dealerships to enhance market share and presence.
  • Sales Plan Analysis and Implementation:
  • Analyze previous year’s sales performance and compare it with current sales plans.
  • Implement sales strategies and activities to achieve targeted sales figures.
  • Dealer Support and Training:
  • Assist dealers in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Provide training to dealers to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Issue Resolution for Strong Relations:
  • Address and resolve any issues faced by dealers to maintain smooth business relationships.
  • New Product Seeding:
  • Ensure the successful introduction of new products into the market through appropriate distribution channels.
  • SKU Availability Management:
  • Monitor and ensure the availability of the full SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) range at key retail outlets.
  • Sales Promotion and Brand Building:
  • Develop and execute sales promotional programs to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Dealer Profitability and Alignment:
  • Ensure that dealer profitability aligns with the organization’s policies and interests.
  • Territory Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Generate monthly reports detailing territory performance, sales trends, and activities.
  • Competitor Analysis and Strategy Adoption:
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt suitable strategies for sales growth.
  • Retail Audit and Market Assessment:
  • Conduct retail audits to assess market potential and estimate competitor sales, aiding in strategy formulation.
