This is unmissable opportunity for an ambitious Accountant to step into a role that offer internal progression and client interaction

Roles and Responsibilities

Posting entries in accounting software Xero
Assisting in preparation of monthly financial statements
Assisting in preparation of Bank Reconcilations and VAT Returns
Assisting in management reporting including variance analysis
Assisting with month-end and year-end closings
Responsible for successful contractor management and refurbishment of properties bought
Possess high ethics, execute daily transactions with high attention to detail, and communicate with confidence to clients, contractors, suppliers and other 3rd parties regarding needs required to complete refurbishment
Assis in managing various reports and spreadsheets, some of which will be related to real estate matters.
Any other adhoc accounting duties as required by the Operations Manager

Education :

M.COM/CA/CMA/Inter Qualified must

Experience 2-3 years relevant to the position must

SCHOOLING AND GRADUATION FROM ENGLISH MEDIUM IS MUST

Location : Kolkata (Salt Lake City, Sector V)

Office hours to coincide with UK working hours (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM)
