Operational;

Define the HR strategy of Vision India in line with its growth and expansion objectives; create long and short term HR plans to achieve the strategy
Design and implement impactful systems and processes in the areas of –On boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Rewards and Culture
Build a capable HR team at the corporate level and within the business units to deliver the HR strategy and programs; guide and enable the team to work effectively together to deliver results for the SBUs and the company as a whole
Deliver a consistent VI employee experience across all units and locations of the company, through the creation of strong HR processes and governance
Be a strategic advisor to the Leadership Team on all aspects of people management; work closely with the Directors to help the top leadership team integrate and function effectively as a collective management team
Streamline HR delivery and make it more cost effective – through digitization and likes
Maintains, Updates and Shares periodical dashboard & MIS reports as per requirement
Creating, Maintaining, Updating & Sharing HR meetings Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and ensure all points are closed as discussed in the meeting
Implementing Compliance framework ( HR related)
Stakeholders Management including Clinet Relationship
