Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Officer FMCG to join our team at Wings bizpro. As a Senior Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the FMCG sector. Preferably Milk.This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based in Hubballi, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good knowledge of the FMCG market
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Should be highly motivated, willing to travel extensively-
- to set up robust Distribution Network for Nandini Goodlife.
- Liaison with Depots, UHT Plants ,Milk Unions for achieving volume targets set for the region.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the FMCG sector
- Identify and acquire new clients within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address client needs and concerns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
- Ensure timely delivery and payment collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Preference to those who have experience in Milk and Milk products
- enroll new retail outlets,
- Constantly try and achieve the targets set
- Plan and execute BTL activities
- Merchandising in Modern retail.
- Work closely with high volume Dealers
