Role/Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
Work Location: Kolkata/Mumbai/Jaipur/Ahmedabad/Noida/Remote work

Job Type: Permanent


Required Skills:

  • Overall 4-5 years experience
  • Hands-on with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder and Content Builder
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification or at a bare minimum Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
  • SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Good knowledge of the Agile Scrum process
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configurations
  • MC Roles & Permissions, Business Units, Reply Mail Management, SAP, IP Warming Strategies
  • Reports - Send Logs, Data Views
  • Data Extensions - Data Types, Publication Lists, Suppression Lists, SQL
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector setup and configuration
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
  • AMPScript, SSJS & working knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Triggered Sends, Triggered Automations, Scheduled Automations
  • Experience in integrating SFMC with the external system using SFMC APIs
  • Content Builder (Custom Content Blocks), Journey Builder (using Behavioral Triggers is a plus), Contact Builder
  • Cloud Pages, Email templates
  • Working knowledge of with SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and integration techniques
  • Wider Salesforce certification in other Clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (nice to have)
