Job Description

Handling the shift breakdowns and support the technicians to improve the uptime of the machines.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for complete Maintenance of Machine Shop, Assembly line & Utilities.

Planning & Executing the TBM & CBM

Spares management and monitoring of the inventory

Exposure of the Utility Equipment’s – DG/Air comp/ETP/STP/ CT/RO/Material handling equipment’s

Prepare the Documentation for Facility of Maintenance as per ISO/OHSAS/IATF

Carryout failure analysis and take counter measures on day to day basis

Guide operators on daily issues and get the work done from them more effectively

Implement kaizen and OPL for reduce the breakdown frequency

Maintaining the recording of breakdowns history & do the WHY-WHY Analysis for longer/repeated failures

Good exposure on the troubleshooting/editing logics of the PLC/HMI (Siemens/Mitsubishi) S7 200, 300, 1200,1500 and hands on experience with software’s – Simatic step 7, TIA portal, WINCC Flex for HMI

Good exposure on the troubleshooting of CNC system (Siemens – 840D,802D-PL&SL)

Essential Qualifications & Experience

B-tech with 6-7 years in Electrical Engineering

Essential Competencies

Good exposure on the troubleshooting/editing logics of the PLC/HMI (Siemens/Mitsubishi) S7 200, 300, 1200,1500 and hands on experience with software’s – Simatic step 7, TIA portal, WINCC Flex for HMI.

Good exposure on the troubleshooting of CNC system (Siemens – 840D,802D-PL&SL)
