The Smart Devices team is tasked with designing and building kitchendevicesthatdeliverthebestpossibleuserexperience,whetherinourcloudkitchens or at the consumer’s home. We are a mix of experiencedEngineers, Project/Program managers, Designers and new collegegraduates, with diverse backgrounds ranging from mechatronics,electronics engineering, automation, food science, software engineering,materials science, design engineering and industrial design. All of us havea passion for using technology to solve complex problems for ourcustomers. We have a flat organization, with a culture of teamwork, opencommunication, and questioning the status quo. TheRole

Hardware development is a complex process, requiring management ofmultiplefunctionstoensureallthe components and subsystems worktogether, the work is done on time and the final product meets cost andmanufacturabilityrequirements.

As a Project Manager, you will manage development and rollout of multipleproductsandplatforms.Youwillberesponsibleforcreatingandmaintainingtheprojectschedule,ensuringtheprojectisontrack,highlighting and driving resolution of technical and non-technical issues,managingtrade-offs,monitoringtheperformanceoffieldtrialsandmanagingtheworkoftheinternalcross-functionalteamandexternalvendors. You should be comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, able towear multiple hats, and like working in a fast-paced and highly collaborativeenvironment.
