Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales


Responsibilities:

  • Write and post job descriptions (Sales & Non IT Hirings) Source potential candidates
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • On-board new hires
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Requirements:

  • 4-5 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter & good experience in bulk hiring
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone/ Skype/ Google meets etc)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in formulating salary annexures
  • Experience in handling budget for the assigned positions
  • Should work with full-ownership
  • Preference will be given to candidates from telematics/ Saas industry
