Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales

Responsibilities:

Write and post job descriptions (Sales & Non IT Hirings) Source potential candidates
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
On-board new hires
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Requirements:

4-5 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Proven work experience as a recruiter & good experience in bulk hiring
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone/ Skype/ Google meets etc)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in formulating salary annexures
Experience in handling budget for the assigned positions
Should work with full-ownership
Preference will be given to candidates from telematics/ Saas industry
