Domain Experience:Medical/Industrial

Project Management Skill Requirement

  • 12+ years of total experience out of which 5 years of experience in within medical device industry is mandatory
  • Experience in managing e2e project implementation(Preferably medical/Industrial/, lifecycle management among other critical sustaining engineering activities.
  • Experience in Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Experience in detailed project plan creation to track progress
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/ Client and internal stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Experience in Project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Kanban , Etc
  • Excellent Communication skills & Influencing skills are essential.
