We are looking for a Telesales Agent with minimum 1-2 years of experience in BPO or in Banking. This position is for sale of Credit Cards and Personal Loans, Cross sell of Mortgage as well as investment products. Candidate Should be well versed in English and Hindi, other regional language will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • To meet the KPI’s related to Sales Target assigned by the management
  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
  • answer calls and respond to emails
  • handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by ema
  • research required information using available resources
  • manage and resolve customer complaints
  • provide customers with product and service information
  • process orders, forms and applications
  • identify and escalate priority issues
  • route calls to appropriate resource
  • follow up customer calls where necessary
  • produce call reports

Location: Anywhere in India

Salary: INR 10,000 plus good commission on KPI & Reviews

All you need to have is good internet, computer and headset.
