DescriptionTSI’s role entails ensuring regular and continuous servicing of areas covered, to make the product available at the most outlets possible, via a network of redistribution stockiest, distributors, their salesmen, and wholesalers operating in the market. Furthermore, the product requires effective merchandising and visibility levels through product and below-line inputs, as well as effective stock rotation to be executed.Detailed Job Description
  • Achievement of volume & value targets (primary as well as secondary)
  • To suggest & implement below-line activities to increase shop share and visibility of the product.
  • To improve, enhance and develop productivity through range selling.
  • To regularly service key retail outlets.
  • Market mapping and intelligence – through effective reporting.
  • RS/Super Stockiest/Sub DB management – ensuring effective communication (of trade offer/incentive/ consumer offers) of company strategies and their issues.
  • Follow up and ensure timely submission of their stock and sales. Super-stockiest fortnightly stock and sales statement as per format.
