JOB DESCRIPTION:-
  • To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.
  • To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDAprocess & regulations & sales & soft
skills.
  • Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.
  • Designing contests & arranging campaigns for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.6.
  • Reporting to the Branch Manager
Desired Candidate Criteria: -
  • Any Graduates are welcomed.
  • Must be a local in the City for at least 2 year.
  • Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from any industry.
  • Candidate should be an excellent team player & should pose good leadership qualities.
