Job Profile: Assistant Manager

Job Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Local Candidates Only)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in sales (Preference for insurance sales or collection)

Working Days: 6 days a week

CTC (Cost to Company): Rs. 29,000 per month (Rs. 25,000 in hand) + Incentives + Shift Allowance + Variables

Timings: 9 hours, flexible shifts

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a team of sales professionals and drive performance to achieve targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Train and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.

Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to optimize sales processes and initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales or collection.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Flexibility in working hours and shifts.
